Transportation

Please note that any kind of transportation and parking is the sole responsibility of the registrant.

Insurance

Please note that we do not provide any kind of insurance and the registration amount doesn’t include any insurance charges. 

Responsibility

Delegates, Speakers or Attendees are responsible for their belongings at the conference venue. The Organizers at the venue will not be held responsible for any misplaced or stolen items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.

Press/Media

Press permissions are subject to approval hence any press permissions must be obtained and approved from Episirus Scientifica ( dermameet.episirus.org ) Conferences Organizing Committee prior to the event/conference. The press will not quote about speakers or delegates or attendees unless they have obtained their permission in writing.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

The 2020WCDC conference will be hosted through live webinar. Hence, no physical participation is required.

Cancellation Policy

If Episirus Scientifica (dermameet.episirus.org) cancels the conference or the event for any reason, a full refund (100%) will be initiated to the registrant. You can also use the amount to register for any other Episirus Scientifica (dermameet.episirus.org) conferences occurring within one year from the date of cancellation.

Postponement

If Episirus Scientifica (dermameet.episirus.org) postpones the conference for any reason and you are unable to attend on rescheduled dates, a full refund (100%) will be initiated to you, which will be the registration fee paid. You can also use the amount to register for any other Episirus Scientifica (dermameet.episirus.org) conferences occurring within one year from the date of cancellation.

Transfer of registration

Registrations paid in full amount can be transferred to other people from the same organization. The registered person should mail us as at dermatology@episirus.org regarding the transfer including the full name of the replacement person, their title, email address, and phone number.

Registrations cannot be transferred to another person if informed 15 days prior to the conference. The refund policy is not applicable to the transferred registration.

Refund Policy:

Situations, where the registration needs to be canceled and transfer of registration is not possible, below are the arrangements which can be made:

Since for arrangements like Venue booking, Printing, Shipping, Hotels, and other overheads payments are done in advance, we had to keep Refund Policy as following

1. Virtual Participation, E-Poster and Video Presentation registration fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation made within 30 days of registration, are eligible for a full refund except the categories mentioned in point number 1.
3. Any cancellation before August 30, 2021 will result in deduction of processing charge of 100 USD.
4. Any refund after August 30, 2021 is not possible. If the conference is postponed or cancelled from the management side, then you are eligible for a full refund.

Hybrid /Virtual Participation Refund Policy:

Dear Participants, if the management finds out that it is not possible to go ahead for a physical conference then, they have the right to convert the conference fully to a Virtual Conference.

1. In such cases the participants are eligible to get back the refund of amount (Original Registration Fees minus Virtual Participation Registration Fees). Participants not opting for any refunds can claim a 50% discount on the registration fees for the upcoming conferences in 2022.
2. Virtual Participation, E-Poster and Video Presentation registration fees are non-refundable.
3. Other than above, no refunds shall be provided after August 30, 2021.

Authorization Policy 

By registering for the conference you grant permission to Episirus Scientifica : 2021WCDC to photograph, film or record and use your name, likeness, image, voice and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form worldwide without compensation. Taking of photographs and/or videotaping during any session is prohibited. Contact us for any queries.
